Meet Our Staff
At Competent Care, we recognize that skills,
dedication and compassion are needed to
provide quality skilled home care. Our mission is
to improve the quality of life and level of
independence for every client and his or her
family.
Competent Care Home Health Nursing was
founded in 1988. A few years later,
Competent Caregiving was started because
there were few companies we felt comfortable in
recommending after our clients no longer
needed skilled home health care.
We use care in choosing our RNs, LVNs, PTs,
OTs and STs. We believe our health care
professionals are an extension of your family;
therefore, each are screened and evaluated
carefully for your safety and protection. Every
effort is made to ensure compatibility with you
and your family members.

health nursing, her specialties lie in serving

Meet our Staff
At Competent Caregiving, we recognize that skills, dedication and compassion are
needed to provide quality home caregiving. Our mission is to improve the quality of
life and level of independence for every client and his or her family.
Competent Caregiving was founded in 1999 because, as many of our clients no
longer needed skilled home nursing, they asked for referrals to caregiving companies
to provide the same high level of care they received with Competent Care Home
Health Nursing.
At that time, there was a lack of companies we felt comfortable recommending. Even
today, many people, some without any medical training, are opening caregiving
businesses.
We use the same care in choosing our CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) and CHHAs
(Certified Home Health Aides) that we do when hiring RNs, LVNs and PTs for
Competent Care Home Health Nursing. We believe our caregivers are an
extension of your family; therefore, each are screened carefully for your safety and
protection. Every effort is made to ensure compatibility with you and your family
members.
