JOB SUMMARY: Reports to Staffing
Coordinator. Provides care-giving services in
physical, social and environmental condition.
Relief shift coverage as assigned in the home.
DUTIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Passing evaluation of a background check.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to see, hear, and speak
without limitation for documentation,
reports and other written or telephone
communications. Must be able to sit for long
periods and lift a minimum of ten pounds.
Coordinator. Provides care-giving services in
physical, social and environmental condition.
Relief shift coverage as assigned in the home.
DUTIES:
- Basic Hygiene including but not
limited to bathing, hair care, skin
care, shaving, oral care,
and bathroom assistance. - Following diet and nutrition orders,
meal preparation, assist with feeding. - Ambulation/mobility assist,
transferring, exercise care plan, and
other activities. - Transporting client to
appointments/errands in clients car.
Assist client as needed during
appointments/errands. - Housekeeping as needed, also at
clients request. Including but not
limited to laundry, bathroom/kitchen
cleaning, equipment cleaning, and
keeping the clients area clean and
organized.
QUALIFICATIONS:
