JOB SUMMARY: Reports to Staffing
Coordinator. Provides care-giving services in
physical, social and environmental condition.
Relief shift coverage as assigned in the home.

DUTIES:  
  1. Basic Hygiene including but not
    limited to bathing, hair care, skin
    care, shaving, oral                   care,
    and bathroom assistance.
  2. Following diet and nutrition orders,
    meal preparation, assist with feeding.
  3. Ambulation/mobility assist,
    transferring, exercise care plan, and
    other activities.
  4. Transporting client to
    appointments/errands in clients car.
    Assist client as needed during
    appointments/errands.
  5. Housekeeping as needed, also at
    clients request. Including but not
    limited to laundry, bathroom/kitchen
    cleaning, equipment cleaning, and
    keeping the clients area clean and
    organized.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Passing evaluation of a background check.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to see, hear, and speak
without limitation for documentation,
reports and other written or telephone
communications. Must be able to sit for long
periods and lift a minimum of ten pounds.
